FALL/WINTER 2009 "PORTRAIT" ART CONTEST

ENTRY FORM

RULES:
- Open to all levels, ages, mediums and styles of visual artists - painting, drawings, photography, digital, sculpture, etc ... Sorry, but no music or video productions.
- Submissions must be in the following format types: (jpg,jpeg,gif,png,bmp,tif,psd,pdf) and be less than 1MB.
- Art work must be original and created by the artist submitting the art.
- The term "Portrait" is open the artist's interpretation.
- Art must have been created with in the past 2 years.
- You may enter as many times as you like.
- All art is placed on website for duration of contest.
- Top 3 will receive cash prizes.
- 10 Honorable Mentions will be announced.
- $15.00 per entry form.
- Juror's decision is final.

AWARDS: - ** Prize money will vary - depending on how many entries we receive. The first dollar amount is guaranteed, but the prize money increases as we receive more entries.

1st Place: $250

2nd Place: $100

3rd Place: $50

$15.00 - up to two images per entry. (non-refundable)

* No limit on the amount of times you enter.

IMPORTANT DATES:
All entries must be submitted by December 15, 2009.
Winners will be announced on December 23, 2009.
