My Art Contest "Cover IV " Entry Form and Rules Page
ENTRY FORM
THEME: "Open"
RULES:
Open to all levels and ages of artists from anywhere on this planet. This is an open theme and we are looking for the art that we think will make an excellent cover for issue #4 of Artist Portfolio Magazine.
- Submissions must be in the following format types: (jpg,jpeg,gif,tiff,psd,pdf) and please reduce the size to less than 2MB per photo, but larger than 640px on the large side of the image.
- Art work must be original and created by the artist submitting the art.
- The term "Open" is open the artist's interpretation.
- Art must have been created with in the past 3 years.
- You may enter as many times as you like.
- All art is placed on website for duration of contest, but it may take a few days to a week to get the art posted online. We add and review all art manually.
- Winner will be placed on the cover of Issue #4 of Artist Portfolio Magazine.
- Top 3 artists will receive cash and receive a full page feature in Artist Portfolio Magazine.
- 20 Honorable Mentions will receive 1/4 page features.
- $35 entry fee
- MyArtContest.com's decision of the winners is final.
AWARDS:
1st Place - $250 and Art featured on cover page, plus full page feature of art in Artist Portfolio Magazine
2nd Place - $100, plus full page feature of art in Artist Portfolio Magazine
3rd Place - $50, plus full page feature of art in Artist Portfolio Magazine
Honorable Mentions - 1/4 page features in Artist Portfolio Magazine

$35 per entry (2 works of art per entry)
Secure payment with Credit Card through PayPal.
* No limit on the amount of times you enter.
IMPORTANT DATES:
All entries must be submitted by August 31, 2011.
Winners will be announced on September 15, 2011.
Artist Portfolio Magazine, Issue #4, will be distributed in the Fall of 2011.
* All images submitted into MyArtContest.com's monthly contests remain the sole property of the artist. The views portrayed by art submissions remain the individual artist's perspective, not that of MyArtContest.com.
** MyArtContest.com reserves the right to use any image submitted for promotion of our website and future art contests.
*** Artist Portfolio Magazine is an online and digital magazine created by MyArtContest.com and will be distributed to galleries, art collectors, interior designers and various art related entities. Issue #4 set for release in Fall 2011. |
