Artist Statement :The movement of the human figure is something that I find attractive as an artist. The energy and stress that is placed on certain parts of the body grabs my attention because it creates an awkward and ambiguous sensation.

My artwork explores the boundaries of what the human being is capable of doing through energy and movement. The work deals with defying the bounds of gravity through frozen images of movement. I am interested in showing movement by articulating the body, there by providing an overwhelming sensation to the viewer.
